A Club with A Big Dream

Transpired from an honest and forward looking discussion from a group of footballers and football fans, FC SWAT or Soccer With Attitude Football Club was founded in late 2018 with a dream to develop a sustainable football club that can provide a development platform and next-level progression for footballing talents from the coaches to the players.The vision of a self-sustaining football club is based on a two-pronged strategy; valued-based commercialization effort and youth talent development driven by four pillars; good financial governance, effective football development programs, value-based partnerships and diversification of revenue streams.FC SWAT is now a registered football club under Kementerian Belia dan Sukan. (Official registration name is Kelab Bola Sepak SWAT).We also have our own enterprise entity registered under the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia to legally drive business growth and generate independent income.

Attitude is Everything

The name 'Soccer With Attitude' was inspired by a common belief of the founding members of the club; Attitude is Everything. We wanted the name to mean something and easy enough for people to understand what we stand for. We believe that, with the right attitude, nothing is impossible to achieve. To translate the belief into action, we develop our own set of core values - S.T.A.R.We have also developed our own code of conduct and zero-tolerance policty to establish a culture of professionalism and elevate the performance standards required from every personnel of the club as well as mitigating possible risks that any misconduct and mismanagement can pose.From the management, players to the fans, we believe in having the right attitude to succeed in life. Those with the right attitude, is a part of us, a part of SWAT.
